For major cities across Pakistan, we typically deliver within 3-5 working days. For remote areas, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for unused items with original tags and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and certain accessories cannot be returned.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery services nationwide. You can also choose to pay via credit/debit cards or mobile wallets at the time of checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this number on our logistics partner's website to see real-time updates.
Are the sizes true to age for children's clothing?
While our sizes generally follow standard age brackets, we recommend checking the specific Size Chart available on each product page to ensure the perfect fit for your child.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
