Returns & Exchanges

At Bachaa Party, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and includes all original packaging; our team will review your request to confirm eligibility for a return.

  Item Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange for a courier partner to collect the parcel from your doorstep, or you may be asked to drop it off at a designated point.

• 4.
  Refund or Store Credit

  After receiving and verifying the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
